DTCC Completes Live Tokenized Securities Trades With JPMorgan, BlackRock, Goldman Sachs; October Service Launch Set
DTCC is building and launching a live institutional tokenized-securities settlement platform, expanding blockchain infrastructure and industry participation toward an October full-service debut.
The DTCC completed live tokenized securities trades with JPMorgan, BlackRock, and Goldman Sachs as counterparties, involving tokenized shares of Microsoft, QQQ, SPY, and SHV, and announced a formal tokenization service launching in October with approximately 40 participating firms. JPMorgan separately tokenized the Invesco QQQ ETF on both public and private blockchain networks. Chainlink was identified as the oracle provider embedded in the DTCC's tokenization stack.
